Preservation & Maintenance of Materials

Miraj is Specialized in the inventory of materials to ensure the below objectives 

• Implement and maintain standard documentations and practices.

• Ensure that the Goods is undertaken in an audit able, efficient and fair manner.

• Ensure that business ethics are maintained at the highest level in accordance with the both customer as well as Company’s General Business Principles.

• Ensure the best interests of the Customer are served and protected, via robust documentation that is applied correctly and consistently.

• Aid compliance with applicable law and ensue any related documents are managed efficiently, fit for purpose and minimize administration.

• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at an appropriate level.

• Ensure material integrity is maintained throughout material life cycle in accordance with the manufacturer recommendation. 

Miraj responsible for the material receipt and evaluation of storage classification of the Materials/Equipment to be procured prior to undertaking procurement process. This shall form the basis for managing material deliveries based on the storage classification factors. The Company shall develop specific storage classification procedure as specified in the Contract including additional requirements.
